I was at a black tie dinner a few weeks ago when I was asked, “how do you do it?” The gentleman who asked this was referring to how a company of our size, 20 – 25 employees, can produce the industry-leading results we do for our clients who are all across the country, in a variety of markets, and vary in size and level of service. I was initially taken off guard because no one has ever asked me that question in that manner. I then realized it was just another way of asking, “what makes you different?” A question that I have answered a thousand times. But this time, I had the opportunity to reflect on it.
Hyperdisk manages to provide 5/5 service and performance for our hotel clients around the world because of our vast experience. As I mentioned, over 40 percent of our staff have been with us since launching our first hotel site in 1994.
Another part of it is our methodology; first and foremost we provide customized services from web development/programming to search marketing to managing online advertising, it is all done by our people and never automated. We custom develop each website without using templates.
The final piece of the puzzle is our personalized, concierge-level service. Our company president personally develops every client’s strategy and is very involved in their account management.
The bottom line is that we do the hard work it takes to deliver the performance and customer service that is the “par excellence” in our industry. As the investment company commercial used to state, “We earn it.”
